Wow – being a huge Bobby Flay fan myself I have to admit I am a little jealous… I have eaten at Mesa Grill and that was absolutely phenomenal; and now I cannot wait to get a chance to try Bar Americana as well. I really enjoyed your review and it make me want to get on the train and get to NY right now – keep up the great work and your passion for good food.

Conor, It was such a pleasure to meet you and your family. After reading your review I must say that you have the recipe to be an amazing food critic in your future.
